What is enough sleep to heal?

Let me start with: The body is an amazing organism, it has withstood thousands of years of development & adaptation to its environment.

Sleep, in its nature is very healing & depends on each of us differently.

More importantly than how much sleep is necessary, is the quality of sleep. Much can be said on the effects of our environment, both outer & inner.

Our bodies have a very natural state of being in order to heal and when it is time the body will do whatever necessary to take the time needed. The mind on the other hand tends to add stress to what thinks our healing is or should be.

As we practice listening to our selves we find the time to heal more effectively.
