Is it true that Pain can be a motivator?

However Pain created itself in the body is not as important as becoming aware that Pain is not something you wish to experience any longer. A general response is "This hurts, I want my Pain to feel better or go away." The alternative is become identified as the pain, possibly, becomes my story of woe.

Another response in some workout circles say "Pain is weakness leaving the body."

Acknowledging Pain is our responsibility: addressing healing is next, providing we are ready to release Pain. We have to be ready to heal. All spectrums of healing are exactly part of our process in healing.

The solution potentially becomes the inner work required, our healing practitioner, chiropractor, acupuncturist, therapist, support groups...all support that process, we no longer have to go it alone.
