How does Energy Work compare to the Alternative Healing you work with?

Everything is made up of energy; the air we breath, the water we drink, the force we exert and so on. To work with something may imply that it can be controlled. The way I work with it is to let it work through me. The energy has a path and direction of its own, some to do with Kharma, if you believe in that and I do to some degree. Our bodies want us to survive and there is a natural healing ability if we listen. Both of our energies combine to listen for the opportunity to unfold.
